Full sized arena with GGT maintained footing. We understand that footing is the most important part of a professional barn. We strive to give you the best footing we can on a daily basis.

Our sand round pen was thoughtfully put together with safety in mind. We wanted a solid wall that horses could still see over, which led to our design.

We went with Q-line because of their safe, inviting product which we have found even the most anxious horse has settled in. We love how it promotes a forward, relaxed walk with consistent speeds.

There are two hot/cold wash racks on property. The outside gets direct sunlight most of the day, and our inside wash rack allows you to wash your horse in the shade or in case of inclement weather.

Our tack rooms are a recent install with individual cubbies including a moveable shelf for large items. They are heated as we know tack is expensive and can be effected by moisture. We also have other storage for your convenience as well as blanket storage.

Our stalls are attached to sand paddocks with drainage. We do deep shaving beds in the winter and we add sand beds in the summer months. 

We open our pasture when we can in the spring without compromising the ground and creating holes and we keep them open as long as we can into fall. 

They are checked regularly for safety.

We have opened the seperate bottom level of our house because we understand how cold or hot it can be outside. We have warm drinks, a fridge for food and a full bathroom if you need to warm up and dry off. We also have occasional educational events and watch big competitions.
